To express our gratitude for your support, we are introducing the Referral Reward Program. By inviting new users to register, you can earn data rewards and premium membership trial periods. Additionally, just by participating in this program, you will receive 1GB of file download data as a bonus. Please read the following terms carefully. Participation in the program constitutes acceptance of all terms outlined in this agreement.

1. Program Details

1.1 Participation Bonus

  • Every user who joins the Referral Reward Program will automatically receive 1GB of file download data as a one-time bonus.

1.2 Data Rewards

  • For every new user successfully invited to register, the referrer will automatically receive 1GB of data as a reward.
  • No limit on rewards: You can invite an unlimited number of users and earn corresponding rewards.

1.3 Premium Membership Trial Rewards

  • Eligibility: Successfully invite 10 new users within 24 hours to apply for a 10-day premium membership trial.
  • Non-accumulative: If you are currently enjoying the premium membership trial reward, no matter how many additional users you invite during the reward period (10 days), the reward cannot be extended or accumulated.
  • Repetition: Once the current premium membership reward expires, users can reapply for the reward by meeting the eligibility criteria again.
  • Reward Issuance: Rewards will be issued after manual approval and verification, which typically takes 1-3 business days to complete.

1.4 Example Scenarios

  • Scenario 1:
    • On November 1, a user invites 10 new users and earns a 10-day premium membership reward, valid until November 11.
    • Before November 11, additional invitations do not extend or accumulate the reward.
    • After November 11, the user can reapply for the reward by inviting 10 new users again.
  • Scenario 2:
    • A user invites 20 new users within 24 hours but triggers the reward only once (10 days).
    • Further rewards can only be applied for after the current reward expires.

1.5 Notes

  • During the premium membership trial period, you can still earn data rewards as usual.

2. Participation Guidelines

  • Referrers generate a unique referral link through the platform to invite new users to register.
  • When new users register via the referral link, data rewards will be automatically credited to the referrer’s account, while premium membership rewards require manual review before issuance.

3. Prohibited Actions

3.1 Random Audits

  • The platform will conduct random manual audits during the program to ensure the authenticity and compliance of referral activities.
  • Any fraudulent actions, such as using false information, duplicate accounts, emulators, or virtual IPs, will result in the permanent suspension of the associated account and the cancellation of all unused rewards.

3.2 Restriction on Commercial Use

  • This program is strictly for personal use. Commercial participation is prohibited, including but not limited to selling referral links or using third-party platforms for profit-driven promotions.
  • Any violations will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all rewards.

4. Cancellation Policy

The FastDownloader team reserves the right to modify, terminate, or suspend all or part of the referral program at any time and to restrict the participation or reward eligibility of any referrer or referred user. The following actions may result in the cancellation of rewards:

  • Unverifiable Authenticity: The FastDownloader team cannot verify that the referred registrations are genuine users.
  • Fraudulent Behavior: Involvement in any form of false referrals, fabricated information, or malicious operations.
  • System Abuse: Exploiting technical vulnerabilities, using emulators, or other improper methods to obtain rewards.
  • Other Violations: Any behavior that breaches the terms of this agreement.

The platform reserves the right to cancel relevant rewards or permanently ban accounts at its sole discretion based on specific circumstances.

5. Disclaimer

  • The platform reserves the right of final interpretation of the Referral Reward Program.
  • The platform is not liable for any interruptions or delays in reward issuance caused by force majeure (e.g., system failures, cyberattacks).

6. Modifications and Termination

  • The platform reserves the right to adjust or terminate the Referral Reward Program at any time based on operational needs and will notify users in advance via public announcements.
  • If users disagree with the terms, they may opt out of participating in the program.
